摘要
"忠诚"在初始意义上是作为道德义务存在的,它揭示主体对其效忠对象的尽心尽力。通过对军人忠诚法律化的可行性与必要性分析,论证将忠诚纳入军人的法律义务的正当性,对军人的忠诚法律义务的对象、内容及程度进行了具体界定,分析了军人忠诚法律义务的培养方法。
＂Allegiance＂ is a word originally suggesting their superiors. This paper proves its validity as a legal moral obligation and the dedication offered by inferiors to obligation by analyzing the feasibility and the necessity of solders＇ obligation of allegiance. And then it defines the solders＇ legal obligation of allegiance by taking the aspects as following into account： the object, the substance and the extent of the solders＇ legal obligation of allegiance. Finally, it suggests some related approaches to cultivate the solders＇ obligation.
