在多元文化环境和多种合作模式下,中国石油海外勘探开发公司(CNODC)积累和丰富了一整套不同规模、不同合作模式、不同文化背景下海外项目的运作管理经验,建立和完善了一系列适合国际油气业务的安全环保和社会安全管理制度流程体系。
CNPC runs its international oil and gas operations mainly in the form of joint ventures. With more than 90% of the workforce local or third country citizens significantly different in culture, beliefs and values, CNODC has adhered to the concept of respect and integration, with safety as the core value of the Corporation and every effort made to develop a positive safety culture. In particular, by adopting the same management process over four aspects of its contracts with parties having varied educational backgrounds under varied service contract models, CNODC has seen steady improvement in its health, safety, security, and environment(HSSE) performance.
