摘要 护理信息系统培训工作最大的难点在于人数众多,受训人员组织困难,独立培训较难开展,培训时间较长,培训成效不明显,并且与其他系统有千丝万缕的联系。护理信息系统实施涉及面广,周期较长,出现问题较多。通过作者多年的工作经验,对如何培训与系统上线进行总结,详尽阐述护理信息系统培训的重要性与系统实施的科学管理方法。将培训工作按培训人群、培训内容、培训阶段进行划分,以便于有针对性地开展培训。将系统实施按照现实场景步骤:试运行、系统切换、上线前准备、正式启用,详尽阐述系统实施存在的问题和解决方法。表明在护理信息系统实施过程中规范培训与科学管理是有效降低实施风险,提高项目成功率的重要手段。 The biggest difficulty of nursing information system training is that there is a large number of people, trainees are difficult to organize, independent training is difficult to carry out, training takes a long time, the training effect is not obvious, and it is connected with other systems. Nursing information system has wide implementation, long cycle and many problems. By many years of work experience of the author, how to train and how to implement the system online is Summarized. The importance of nursing information system training and scientific management methods of system implementation are explained in details. Training work is classified by training group, training content and training phase, in order to carry out the targeted training. For the system implementation, in accordance with steps in the real scene, including commissioning, system switch, on-line preparation and official opening, problems and solutions of system iinplementation are explained in details. It shows that in the implementation of nursing information system standard training and scientific management are the important means to effectively reduce implementation risk and improve the success rate of project.
