山东省农村卫生厕所现状调查

A Sectional investigation on Family sanitary latrine in Rural areas of Shandong Province

[目的 ]了解山东省农村卫生厕所现状 ,促进农村改厕任务目标的实现。 [方法 ] 1999年 12月通过分层整群抽样对全省 2 7个县 2 76 6座卫生户厕使用及粪便处理现状进行了调查。 [结果 ]农村卫生厕所使用率 98 99% ,完好率87 2 0 % ,合格率 81 81% ,粪便无害化处理率 91 76 %。农村改厕以农民自筹资金为主 ,农民、集体、政府三者投入的比例为 83 6 5∶18 6 9∶1。经济收入愈高的村、户主文化程度愈高的家庭卫生厕所建造率愈高。 [结论 ]山东省农村无害化卫生户厕的建造质量较高 ,大大提高了粪便无害化处理率 ,对减少环境污染 ,控制肠道传染病的传播起到了积极的作用。

Objectives]In order to make out of the situation of the family sanitary-latrine in rural areas, analyzing improving the work of latrine-rebuilding [Methods]2 766 rural family sanitary-latrines were selected by stratified cluster Samp Ling for investigation in twenty-seven counties in Dec.1999 [Results]The rural sanitary latrines which were used effectively accounted for 98 99%, in good condition accounted for 87 20%, qualified accounted for 81 81%, non-hazardous treatment of night soil accounted for 91 76% The funds for latrine-rebuilding was built up mainly from farmer-themselves The proportion of funds invested in latrine-rebuilding from farmers, collectives and government was 83 65∶18 69∶1 The higher the income and the culture level of farmers were, the higher the rate of family sanitary latrine was [Conclusions]The results indicated that the quality of non-hazardous and sanitary latrine in rural areas was high comparatively, which remarkably increased the proportion of non-hazardous treatment of night soil, decreased the environment contamination and infectious disease of intestines Therefore suitable type of latrine should be selected according to the situation of local finance
