摘要
根据彩超对瘤体进行定位与引导,选择体表距肿瘤前方间隔正常肝组织最近距离为穿刺路径,向肝血管瘤内直接注射平阳霉素,并利用数字彩超实时动态监控针尖部位与药物扩散情况。经临床应用和随访观察,超声引导下微创治疗肝血管瘤效果好,手术准确安全简便。
According to color Doppler ultrasuund the tumors are located and guided. The closest distance with normal liver tissne between body surfce and front of tumor is chosen as the puncture path. Pingyangmycin is directly directed into hepatic hemangioma, and digital color Doppler ultrasound is used for the real-time and dynamic monitoring of needle tip and drug diffusion. Clinical application and follow-up observations show that minimally invasive treatment of liver hemangioma guided by ultrasound has good effect, and the operation is simple accurate and safe.
