IgG抗-E、抗-c引起配血不合1例

A case report of crossmatching incompatibility caused by IgG anti-E,anti-c

1病例资料患者，男，43岁，因尿毒症，肾性贫血急需血液透析入住我院，有输血史，贫血申请输注ABORh（D）同型悬浮红细胞2U，输血科在进行交叉配血时，盐水法相合、凝聚胺法主侧有凝集，次侧相合。经Rh血型系统鉴定，

Summary A male patient required 2 units ABO Rh（D） homotypic suspension red blood cells transfusion due to renal anemia. During the crossmatching, it was compatible by using saline, agglutinated in primary tube and com- patible in secondary tube by using polybrene test. The results from Rh blood grouping test and a series of random antibody screening tests showed that the patient carried IgG anti-E and anti-c antibodies. It has been found that in the ABO homotypic blood group,Rh blood group has no anti-E and anti-c antigens, and after 2 units compatible suspension red blood cells transfusion, no adverse reactions found and with good effects.
