摘要
目的 研究高血压的发病基础和年龄与高血压的关系。方法 我们应用酶学测定方法 ,测定了幼年期、童年期、青春期、青年期和壮年期Wistar大鼠主动脉 (A)、尾动脉 (CA)和肠系膜动脉 (MA)平滑肌的钙 /钙调素依赖性蛋白磷酸酶 (Ca2 +/CaM -PP)的活性。结果 幼年期和童年期各血管间和组间Ca2 +/CaM -PP活性无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;青春期三种血管间Ca2 +/CaM -PP活性无显著差异 ,但活性均明显高于幼年期和童年期组 (P <0 0 1) ;青年期三种血管间的Ca2 +/CaM -PP活性无显著差异 ,但活性均明显高于青春期 (P <0 0 1) ;壮年期组A和CA血管Ca2 +/CaM -PP活性与青年期组无显著差异 ,但MACa2 +/CaM -PP活性明显低于青年期(P <0 0 1)。结论 不同血管的舒张功能随年龄增长逐渐增加 ,但到壮年期首先出现阻力血管舒张功能的下降 ;血管舒张功能可能与动脉中Ca2 +/CaM -PP活性有关 ;
Objective To study the pathological base of hypertension and the relation between the age and hypertension.Methods We determined the activity of Ca 2+ /CaM-PP of aorta (A),caudal artery (CA) and mesenteric artery (MA) from juvenile age,boyhood,adolescent age and middle age wistar rats.Results The activities of Ca 2+ /CaM-PP there were no significant difference between that of juvenile age and boyhood,and there were no significant difference among A,CA and MA,either.The activities of Ca 2+ /CaM-PP there were no significant difference in that of puberty among A,CA and MA,but there were higher than that of A,CA and MA in juvenile age and boyhood (P<0 01).The activities of Ca 2+ /CaM-PP there were no significant difference in adolescent age among A,CA and MA,but there were higher than that of A,CA and MA in puberty (P<0 01).The activities of Ca 2+ /CaM-PP there were no significant difference in A and CA between adolescent age and middle age,but from MA in middle age was lower than that of in adolescent age(P<0 01).Conclusion The diastolic function of vessel in different age rats gradually rise from juvenile age to middle age,but they firstly express the small artery (resistance vessel) decreased at middle age.The diastolic function of vessel have relations with the activities of Ca 2+ /CaM-PP in artery.The age plays a certain role in hypertension.
