飞行员心律失常心理因素分析

Analysis of psychosocial factors in pilots with cardiac arrhythmia

目的 探讨飞行员心律失常与各种心理社会因素的相关性。方法 对 78例飞行员心律失常患者进行卡特尔 16种个性因素问卷 ,症状自评量表 ,紧张性生活事件量表 ,社会支持评定量表测评 ,并设立健康飞行员对照组。结果 揭示患者个性倾向于聪慧性、恃强性、敏感性、幻想性、实验性明显低 ,而忧虑性、紧张性明显高 ;患者心理健康水平明显低。过去的一年中在躯体健康和环境方面发生的消极生活事件明显增多。

Objective To explore the relationship between the psychosocial factors and cardiac arrhythmia in pilots.Methods 78 pilots with cardiac arrhythmia and 220 health pilots were investigated with Cattell's Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire,Symptom Check List 90,Support scale,Stressful Life Events Scale.Results The results showed that pilots with cardiac arrhythmia,compared with the health control group,had lower B、E、I、M、Q 1 factors,and higher O、Q 4 factors in personality,lower mental health level and much more negative life events in health or environment.Conclusion Cardiac arrhythmia in pilots is correlative with multiple psychosocial factors.
