摘要
目的 观察人参茎叶皂甙对梗阻性黄疸大鼠的心肌保护作用。方法 应用结扎Wis tar大鼠胆总管的方法制作了梗阻性黄疸的动物模型 ,80只大鼠分四个实验组 :胆总管结扎组(CBDL组 )、胆总管结扎加用腹腔注射人参皂甙组 (BDL SLG组 )、手术对照组 (OC组 )、正常对照组(NC组 )。每组 2 0只鼠 ,用电镜及光镜观察胆总管结扎术后 3、7、14、2 1d各组大鼠的心肌改变。结果 随着胆总管结扎时间的增加 ,心肌损害亦相应加重 ,电镜及光镜下心肌损害越明显 ,而CBDL SLG组的心肌改变较与其相对应的CBDL各组的心肌改变明显减轻 ,术后 7、14、2 1d时 ,两组的肌节长度、密度、线粒体体积密度及线粒体表面积密度差异显著 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 人参茎叶皂甙具有心肌保护作用 。
Objective This study investigated the protection of stem leave ginsenoside on the myocardial damage of obstructive jaundice in Wistar rats. Methods The model of chloestasis was made by mobilization the common bile duct in Wistar rats, and 80rats were divided into four groups: common bile duct ligation group (CBDL group); group of injecting the stem leave ginsenoside into abdominal cavity after the common bile duct being ligated (CBDL SLG group); operative control group (OC group), and the normal control group (NC group),each group were observed by eletron microscope and optical microscope after the 3th, 7th, 14th, 21th day of operation. Results With the increase of the time of ligating common bile duct, the longer the time of ligating common bile duct, the servere the myocardial damage, and the myocardial change in CBDL SLG group were evidently releved in contrast to each corresponding group in CBDL group,the two groups had a significance difference in mitochondrion Muscle Segment Length Density、mitochondrion Volume Density、mitochondrion Surface Density, P < 0.01 . Conclusion With the prolonging of time of ligating common bile duct, the myocardial damage was exacerbrated gradually and SLG was proved that it has the role of myocardial protection, which mechanism was its protection on biological membrane.
