惠州炼化轻污油系统存在问题与优化 被引量:2

摘要 轻污油系统的平稳运行对炼厂应急工况处置很重要。惠州炼化轻污油来源主要有:脱硫联合装置二硫化物油、酸性水汽提装置污水脱油、煤柴油加氢裂化装置反冲洗油和蜡油加氢裂化装置PSA脱液凝缩油。且轻污油中,钠离子含量高,各装置回炼困难。对轻污油系统存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决措施。因二硫化物油夹带较多的Na+,进焦化和催化装置回炼时,会造成催化剂失活或污染侧线产品,故将二硫化物油改为随减顶油进原油罐,避免污油被Na+污染,解决了污油不能去催化或焦化装置回炼的问题;性质较好的轻污油,如减顶油和二硫化物油,去原油罐区回炼,其他轻污油进催化或焦化装置回炼,黑色的轻污油一般进催化提升管回炼,以免污染焦化侧线产品;催化装置加工不脱水轻污油,降低对污水处理场的影响;污水汽提装置污油及煤柴油加氢装置反冲洗油,可通过技改措施,单独引入焦化装置放空塔进行处理,降低对轻污油系统的影响。 The stable operation of the light slop oil system is crucial to a successful treatment of emergency conditions at a refinery.The main sources of light slop oil at CNOOC Huizhou Refining and Petrochemicals Company are:Disulphide oil from integrated desulfurizing units,oil removed from sewage from acidic water stripping units ,back flush oil from kerosene and diesel fuel hydrocrackers ,and PSA liquidfree condensed oil from wax oil hydrocracking units.Due to the high content of sodion,light slop oil is difficult to recycle.This article analyzes the problems in light slop oil systems and proposes solutions.As it carries a large number of Na,disulphide oil will inactivate catalysts and contaminate sidestream products when recovered into the cok ing and catalytic units.For this reason,disulphide oil is guided into the crude tanks along with overhead streams to prevent contamination of slop oil by Na+,providing a solution to the problem that slop of cannot be recovered to catalytic or coking units for reprocessing.Light slop oil with good properties such as over head streams and disulphide oil is recovered to the crude tank area for reprocessing,with other light slop oil recovered to catalytic or coking units for reprocessing.Black light slop oil is generally led into catalytic risers for reprocessing to prevent contamination of coking sidestream products.Catalytic units are used to process nondehydrated light slop oil to reduce the effect on sewage treatment facilities.Slop oil from sewage strippers and back flush oil from kerosene and diesel fuel hydrogenation units can be led into the vent col umn of a coking unit,through a technical upgrade ,for treatment in order to reduce the effect on the light slop oil system.
