催化裂化装置节能分析

An Analysis of Energy-saving Potential of Catalytic Cracker

摘要 利用PROII优化模拟软件、经验计算公式和工业试验,对洛阳石化2号催化裂化装置进行节能分析,依据分析结果对其进行优化改造。原分馏塔柴油换热流程,增加高温柴油与原料油换热流程,促使高温油浆多产生3.5MPa中压饱和蒸汽3t/h。用两种方法分别计算隔离余热锅炉2号省煤器前后的能耗变化,得出隔离2号省煤器后装置能耗分别增加1.256kg标油/t和1.341kg标油/t;对更新并投用余热锅炉2号省煤器进行效益分析,得出每年可增效265万元。对1.0MPa蒸汽系统进行改造,用套筒风代替1.0MPa蒸汽作为套筒提升介质,并对提升管预提升蒸汽用量和柴油汽提蒸汽用量进行调整。三项措施可分别减少1.0MPa蒸汽用量0.88t/h、0.8t/h、0.7t/h,既降低了装置能耗,每年增效187万元,又能减少催化剂的高温水热失活和酸性水排放量,减轻下游污水汽提装置的压力,减少环境污染。 Using the PROII optimization simulation software and empirical calculation formula,and based on industrial experiment results,technicians examined the energy-saving potential of Sinopec Luoyang Company's catalytic cracker no.2 and conducted an upgrade of the unit for the purpose of performance optimization based on the analytic results.A process for heat exchange between high-temperature diesel fuel and feed oil was added to the diesel fuel heat exchange process of the fractionating column.This measure has resulted in an increase of 3t/h of 3.5MPa medium pressure saturated steam from high-temperature oil slurry.Two meth- ods were used to calculate the changes in the energy consumption of the catalytic cracker before and after isolation of economizer no.2 of the waste heat boiler.The energy use of the catalytic cracker increased 1.256kg of oil equivalent per ton and 1.341kg of oil equivalent per ton respectively after economizer no.2 was isolated.The benefits of upgrading economizer no.2 of the waste heat boiler were analyzed and the analy- sis showed that annual benefits could be worth 2.65 million yuan.The 1.0MPa steam system was also re- vamped: 1.0MPa steam was replaced by sleeve wind as sleeve lifting medium and the volumes of steam used for pre-lifting of riser and gas oil stripping were adjusted.The above three measures could reduce use of 1.0MPa steam by 0.88t/h,0.8t/h and 0.7t/h respectively.Annual benefits of these measures were worth 1.87 million yuan.In addition to lowering energy consumption,these measures can reduce the high-temperature hy- drothermal deactivation of catalysts, discharges of acidic water,the pressure on downstream sewage stripping u- nits, and environmental pollution.
