公平视野下的中美女子高等教育比较研究

Comparison of Women's Higher Education between China and the United States in View of Equality

女子高等教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,实现女子高等教育公平事关高等教育和经济社会科学发展。文章在概述中美女子高等教育基本情况基础上,从历史与发展、教育内容和目标、学生就业与参与经济社会发展几个方面进行了横向比较,最后基于追求女子高等教育公平,从教育起点、过程、结果公平三个方面提出中国女子高等教育发展的策略。

Women＂ s Higher Education is an important part of higher education, and the equality of women＂ s higher education is critical to the scientific development ety.Based on the basic situation of China＇s and American women＂ S higher Higher education, economy and soci Education , the article makes a horizontal comparison between the history and development, educational eontent and objectives, students＇ employment and participation in economic and social development.Finally, in pursuit of the equality of women＂ s higher education, the strategies for developing women＂ s higher education in China are put for ward in three aspects of the equality of educational starting point, process and results.
