新生代农民工继续教育问题与对策研究

The Continuing Education of the Migrant Workers of the New Generation and the Countermeasures

新生代农民工的数量基数大,相应的继续教育的任务量大,所涉及的面广,但目前我国关于农民工继续教育的社会关注还较窄,整体可供利用的资源较少,使得农民工继续教育发展缓慢。本文通过分析新生代农民工受教育现状及继续教育过程存在的社会保障及个体差异等问题,提出完善保障、加强宣传、注重适用、强化学习意识等推进我国新生代农民工继续教育进程若干建议。

There is a great number of the migrant workers of the new generation and their continuing education is a heavy task. However, the continuing education of the migrant workers does not attract e nough attention of the society, and the resources available are fewer, which makes the continuing education develop slowly. Based on the the status quo of migrant workers＇ education and the social security and in dividual differences in the continuing education, the article puts forward such corresponding measures to promote the continuing education of the migrant workers as improving the security, strengthening the propa ganda, focusing on the application and reinforcing learning consciousness.
