淡竹叶提取物对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

Effect of Extract from Lophatherum Gracile Brongn in Rats Models of Hyperlipidemia

目的实验研究淡竹叶的降血脂作用及其相应的有效成分。方法以高脂饲料喂养大鼠造成高脂血症模型,灌胃给予淡竹叶总提取物、总提取物的水浸膏、30%醇浸膏,90%醇浸膏3周,检测血清总胆固醇及三酰甘油。结果 30%醇浸膏可显著降低高脂血症大鼠的血清总胆固醇,其他各成分组对血脂无显著影响。结论淡竹叶总提取物30%醇浸膏可降低实验性大鼠高脂血症的总胆固醇。

Objective To investigate the effect of 4 kinds of extracts from lophatherum gracile brongn on hyperlipidemia models in rats. Methods The hyperlipidemia rat model was established by feeding with high - fatdiet for 3 weeks. The hy- perlipidemia model rats were divided into 6 groups, given four kinds of extracts from Lophathertma gracile Brongn, positive control medicine and 0.5 % CMC-Na respectively, by i. g. for 3 weeks. The surum contents of total cholesterol （TC） and triglyceride （TG） were measured at the end of the experiment. Results 30% alcohol extract from Lophatherum gracile Brongn could decrease the serum contents of total cholesterol（TC） significantly, and other extracts have not significant effect on Lipid levels in hyperlipidemia gracile Brongn could decrease the serum contents of total cholesterol（TC） significantly in hyperlipidemia model rats.
