和厚朴酚对人肺小细胞癌N446细胞增殖与凋亡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的在体外培养条件下,研究不同浓度的和厚朴酚对人肺小细胞癌N446细胞的影响,探讨和厚朴酚对增殖与凋亡的作用,评价和厚朴酚的抗肿瘤作用。方法应用MTT法检测不同浓度的和厚朴酚对N446细胞增殖的影响,用流式细胞仪测定和厚朴酚对N446细胞凋亡率的影响。结果各种浓度的和厚朴酚均可抑制N446细胞增殖,且抑制作用随浓度的增加和时间的延长呈明显增强趋势。3种不同浓度的和厚朴酚(5、10、20μg/mL)培养48 h均可使N446细胞凋亡率升高,与对照组比较有统计学意义。结论和厚朴酚可抑制N446细胞的增殖,并诱导N446细胞的细胞凋亡。 Objective In vitro culture conditions, to study the effect of different concentrations of honokiol on human Lung Adenocarcinoma N446 cells; to explore its rolein proliferation and apoptosis to evaluate the anti-tumor effect of honokiol. Methods MTI" was adopted to detect the effect of different concentrations of honokiol on the N446 cell proliferation; Flow cytometry was applied to measure the effect of honokiol on the apoptosis rate of N446. Results The various concentrations of honokiol could inhibit the N446 cell proliferation, and the inhibition had an obvious trend to enhance with the increase of concentration and the extension of time. Three different concentrations of honokiol (5,10,20/zg/mL) cultivated for 48 hours could make the N446 apoptosis rate increase. The difference of it compared with the control group was significant. Conclu- sion Honokiol can significantly inhibit N446cell proliferation and can induce the N446 cells apoptosis.
