摘要 多药耐药(MDR)是指肿瘤细胞对一种化疗药物产生耐药的同时,对其他结构无关、作用机制不同的抗肿瘤药物也产生交叉耐药现象。多药耐药的发生与多种因素有关,如糖蛋白(P-gp)、多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)、乳腺癌耐药蛋白(BCRP)表达增加,谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)活性增强,DNA修复、拓朴酶活性改变等。肿瘤多药耐药过程是一个多基因、多因素和多阶段的复杂过程。化疗药联合中药制剂用于肿瘤的治疗,有助于提高临床肿瘤化疗效果,逆转肿瘤多药耐药机制。 Multiple drug resistance(MDR) to tumor cells to a chemotherapy drug resistance ,at the same time,the structure of other independent mechanisms of action different antineoplastic drugs also have overlapping phenomenon of drug - resistant. There are many factors caused MDR, for instance, the increase of glucoprotein, MRP, BCRP, the activity of GST, repair DNA, the change of topoisomerase ect. The process of multi - resistance is a multiple genetic, factors, complicated process of multi - stage. Chemotherapeutic drugs combined with TCM for treatment of tumour, has been conductive to clinical curative effect.
