伦理学评估是卫生技术评估的重要组成部分,如今人们逐渐认识到卫生技术伦理学评估在解决一些技术,尤其是新兴技术的审批、推广以及立法等方面的必要性,卫生技术伦理学评估的方法和模型也正逐渐地在实证中得到应用。卫生伦理学分析的常用方法有决疑法、一致性分析、原则主义等,常用模型有核心模型和三角模型等。虽然伦理学方面的影响对于一项技术的价值至关重要,在实际操作中往往存在诸多困难,旨在系统阐述其内涵、方法、重要性及其对于卫生决策的作用。

Ethics evaluation is an important part of health technology assessment. Now people gradually realize the importance that health technology ethics assessment is essential in solving the problems such as the examination and approval, the promotion of emerging technology and legislation. Health technology ethics evaluation methods and models are also gradually applied in the practice. Its methods include casuistic law, correspondence analysis, principlism and so on. Ethics evaluation is an important aspect for evaluation of technology, but in acttml evaluation there are still a lot of difficuhies. This paper aims to explain the connotation, method, importance and its role for health decision-making.
