关于制定我国器官捐献移植评价标准的探讨

Discussion on Chinese Evaluation Standard of Organ Donation and Transplantation

从制定我国器官捐献移植评价标准的必要性和重大意义入手,提出了制定评价标准应遵循的基本原则:科学性、导向性、可操作性和定量性。同时,阐述了评价指标应包括的具体内容:潜在捐献者发现率、转介率、接触家属比率、同意捐献比率、器官利用率、受者移植存活率以及受者移植后生活质量水平和受者移植费用等。最后,指出了评价标准的执行方法:中国红十字总会主管,省市卫生行政部门主抓,各参与医疗机构自评和定期上报。以原则为根基,以内容为核心,以方法为抓手,积极推进我国器官捐献移植评价标准向正规化、制度化发展。

This paper began with the necessity and significance of the development of Chinese evaluation standard of organ donation and transplantation, proposed that the basic principle of making evaluation standard should be followed： science, guidance, operability and quantitative principles. At the same time, the evaluation indicators should include discovery rate of potential donors, referral rate, contact family members ratio, agree to donate organs ratio, utilization rate, survival rate, life quality level after transplantation and the cost of the recipient^s expenses. Finally, this article pointed out the evaluation standard execution method which included the Red Cross Society of China was in charge of the overall work, the provincial health administration departments were responsible for the supervision and the medical institutions report regularly the self-assessment results. Making the principle as the foundation, taking the content as the core, with the method as the instrument, we would actively promote Chinese evaluation standard of organ donation and transplantation to be regular and systematic development.
