[ Objective ] To investigate the effect of Singclean in the prevention of the intraperitoneal adhesions after the obstetrics and gynecology operation. [Methods] A total of 1 000 patients undergoing obstetrics and gynecology operation in the author's hospital were divided into four groups: 300 cases of the uterine myoma group, 300 cases of the ovarian endometriosis group, 200 cases of the ovarian cyst (eliminate ovarian endometriosis) group and 200 cases of cesarean section group. According to the proportion of 4:1, each group was divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group Singclean (the sodium hyaluronate gel) was used to cover the traumas after using the normal saline to wash the peritoneal cavity. While in the control group only he normal saline were simply used to wash the peritoneal cavity. All patients were followed up regularly after operation and tested the appearance of adhesions. [Results ] The incidence of intraperitoneal adhesions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Singclean (the sodium hyaluronate gel) can effectively prevent the intraperitoneal adhesions after the obstetrics and gynecology operation.operation.
