摘要
转鼓是碟式分离机的关键部件,其设计正朝着转速更高,直径更大的方向发展,因此转鼓强度分析的精确计算至关重要。文章基于ANSYS Workbench有限元软件建立了碟式分离机转鼓系统的三维有限元模型,基于正常工况的静力分析,获得转鼓筒体的应力分布结果,通过与传统强度计算结果对比,验证了碟式分离机转鼓系统有限元模型的准确性。基于JB4732-1995R的分析设计准则对转鼓筒体的应力进行分类和评定,结果表明该碟式分离机转鼓系统的各类应力都通过评定。
Drum is a critical component of disc separator, its rotation velocity is being quicker, and diameter is being bigger, which requires more precise calculation for drum strength analysis. 3D finite element model of disc separator drum was built based on the finite element software ANSYS Workbench. The results of stress distribution of drum were obtained under the normal condition of static analysis. By comparing the results with the traditional strength calculation, the accuracy of the finite element model was verified. According to the design criteria of JB4732-1995R, the strength of the disc separator drum system satisfied the demand of engineering application.
