摘要
换热器在工作中经常出现开车、停车等多种工况,每一种工况均会对换热器的安全产生影响。文章以薄管板换热器为例,阐述薄管板设计理论,并运用ANSYS软件对复杂工况下的薄管板换热器进行有限元分析,得出不同工况下的分析结果。按照JB4732分析设计标准评定薄管板换热器的安全性能。
The heat exchanger often occurs start, stop and a variety of other conditions at work, the security of the heat exchanger is impacted by every kind of condition. Taken the thin tube sheet heat exchanger as an example, the thin tube plate design theory was elaborated, and the thin tube was analyzed by using ANSYS finite element software in complex cases, the results of the analysis were obtained in different conditions. The thin tube sheet heat safety performance was assessed accordance with JB4732 analysis and design standard.
