摘要
以塔河高粘稠油为研究对象,测试分析掺稀前后和加醇前后的流变特性和粘温特性,评价降粘效果,探索塔河稠油降粘机理。结果表明:掺2#片区稀油的高温降粘效果较为显著;实验分析确定45℃为稠油降粘的最佳加剂温度;加醇降粘效果与"醇型-浓度"有关;异构醇降粘效果较正构醇差。塔河稠油复合降粘是溶剂化、乳化、氢键重组等多种机理协同作用的结果。
The theology and viscosity-temperature of heavy oil in Tahe before and after doping thin and alco- hol were tested. The viscosity reducing effects were evaluated; the viscosity reducing mechanic was discovered. The results showed that the viscosity reducing effect o f No.2 was good. The best viscosity-temperature is 45℃. The viscosity reducing effect with aleohol was related to "aleohol type-eoncentration". The n-alkanol has better viscosi- ty reducing effeet than isomeric alcohols. The heavy oil in Tahe was viscosity redueed by synergistic reaction of salvation, emulsification and hydrogen reeombination.
