Study on the Visually Impaired Service of the Public Library

图书馆是视障人群学习、交流、沟通的重要场所。但我国公共图书馆服务视障读者在文献建设、设备使用、馆内外设施环境、图书馆网络建设、工作人员素质等方面存在着许多不足之处,最后,针对这些不足提出相应的改善意见以作为提高公共图书馆视障服务质量的借鉴。

The library is an important place to learn, to communicate and to exchange information for the visually impaired people. But there are many deficiencies in the public library, such as the literature construction, equipment used, the library's environment facilities, the network construction of the library, staffs quality, when the visually impaired readers accept the service of the public library. And then, aiming at these deficiencies, it proposed the corresponding improvement suggestions for reference to improve the service quality of the public library service for the visually impaired readers.
