摘要 对城市绿地系统规划编制现况的分析,以及关于绿地系统规划编制方法的研究成果的剖析,借鉴系统论的方法提出"子系统"的绿地系统规划方法。即应以绿地的主导功能为依据,进行城市绿地"子系统"的规划和组织,形成相对完整而有参与平衡用地的4个子系统:休闲游憩子系统、日常防护子系统、景观形象子系统、生态保育子系统。旨在通过绿地"子系统"的规划,增强绿地与城市、绿地与绿地、子系统与子系统之间的关联性、逻辑性和系统性:使每一块绿地的产生都有充分的科学依据,审慎利用有限的城市土地和空间资源;使"子系统"内部各元素都有内在的秩序和紧密的联系,从而由自身完善的"子系统"组建成更强大的城市绿地"大系统",更好地为城市和市民提供持续、周全的服务。 Through analyzing the present status on the formulation of urban green space system planning and the related research achievements, this paper proposes a "subsystem" planning method by borrowing ideas from the System Theory. To be more specific, the urban green space planning should draw on the main function of the green space, which helps to divide, plan and organize four subsystems: recreation subsystem, protection subsystem, landscape subsystem and conservation subsystem. The aim of this paper is as follows: enhancing the relationship, logicality and systematicness between green space and the city, between different green spaces as well as different subsystems; providing sufficient and scientific evidence for every green space in order to utilize the limited urban land and space resource prudently: making it possible that every elements of the "subsystem" have internal order and close connection, and making the relatively self-contained "subsystem" to be stronger "large scale system" in order to provide better, sustainable, considerable service tbr the city and people.
