The Reconstruction Design of Zhuyuwan Scenic Area in Yangzhou

扬州茱萸湾风景区是一处融自然风光、人文景观、动植物展示和现代游乐设施于一体的旅游休闲景区,因而它的改造除了一般公园改造的共性外,还具有其特殊性和复杂性。总结了风景区改造工程的经验,指出景区改造的成功主要得益于对历史文化场景的挖掘、地域特色的体现以及中国传统山水园造景手法的传承。动物展示区的改造则通过动物、植物的科学匹配,创造性地设计出各种群落生境,把动物安排在近乎完全自然化的环境中,并将环境一直延伸和融合到观赏区域,为游人提供不同的观赏视角和空间,形成人与动植物和谐共生的景象。

Zhuyuwan is a scenic spot for both tourism and leisure activities as it combines natural beauty, human landscape, animal and plants show, and modem amusement facilities. So, its reconstruction is special and complicated compared with other parks. This paper summarizes this reconstruction project and points out that its success owes to the exploitation of its historic culture, the reflection of its regional features, and the heritage of Chinese traditional gardening methods. In the animal and plants show zone, animals and plants are scientifically matched together in the innovatively created habitats. The animals are an＇anged in the almost completely natural environment, which blends with the viewing area and gives tourists different sights to enjoy. All these contribute to a harmonious picture of co-existing human beings and animals and plants.
