基于产业链优化的湖南家具产业发展思路

The Development Thoughts on Furniture Industry of Hunan Based on the Optimization of the Industry Chain

以产业链理论分析了湖南家具产业的优势和存在的问题。通过分析认为湖南家具产业存在森林资源、人才资源、地理区域等方面的优势,同时存在木材依赖进口、人才外流、产业集聚低、品牌影响力小、产品原创性不强等问题。基于产业链优化的理论,提出了优化上游原料供应、建立产业信息平台、加强协同创新的产业发展思路。

Based on the analysis of the advantages and existing problems on the furniture industry of Hunan, the result shows that Hunan furniture industry has the advantages of existing forest resources, human resources and geographical position. Also, it has existing problems like dependence on import of wood materials, brain drain, low level of industry agglomeration, weakness of brand influences and low product originality. Based on the theory of industrial chain optimization, we proposed to optimize the supply of raw materials, establish the industrial information platform and strengthen collaborative innovation.
