摘要
由于有的地区住房保障政策覆盖范围比较小,部分大中城市商品住房价格较高、上涨过快、可供出租的小户型住房供应不足等原因,一些中等偏下收入住房困难家庭无力通过市场租赁或购买来解决住房的问题比较突出。
Due to the reasons of housing security policy cow erage is relatively small in some areas, the housing price in some large and medium cities higher and soaring too fast than others, and small units available for rental housing inadequate supply, so that a number of middle-income housing for needy families unable to solve the housing problem through the mar-ket lease or purchase, which become more prominent.
