本文结合发达国家特别是欧美国家老年建筑设计、结构、功能等方面的一些先进特色,深入探索它们对于我国建设军队离退休干部(干休所)住房的可取之处。并且密切联系我国的国情、社情、军情,提出了国外优秀老年建筑设计对军队离退休干部住房建设的启示。

In this article, the author combines with the advan- ced features of aged architectural design, structure, function and so on in the developed countries, especially Europe and United States, deeply explores the merits for Chinese retired army officers （retired cadres） housing construction, and close contact with Chinese national conditions, social conditions, military to put forward the inspiration of foreign outstanding older architectural design for the housing construction retired army officers in China.
