本文针对全面推行建筑行业的质量标准、合理安排民用建筑多层框架的结构设计、努力将民用建筑的稳定性和实用性落实到位的问题进行了深入的论述。
In this article, the author bases on fully implementing the quality standards of construction industry and reasona- ble arranging the structure design of civil construction multistory frame, then carrying on the thorough discussion to solve t- he problem of putting in place the stability and practicability of the civil building.
