酒店式公寓是一种集住宅、酒店、娱乐会所等多功能为一体的快捷方便的综合物业。本文以河北省霸州市某酒店公寓为例(文中称该项目),结合笔者的看法,试谈高层酒店公寓建筑结构设计中应当注意的一些问题。
