If lacking of overall consideration on the constru- ction and economic benefits when programs the building water supply and drainage engineering plan, will affect the quality and efficiency of construction to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper will be taken a drainage construction of architectural project （A project） as an example, based on the understanding of the basic situation of the project, from the construction procedure, construction schedule management, construction q- uality control measures of engineering, explore the scheme o- ptimization.
