随着时代的发展,我国水利水电事业得到了快速的发展。作为新时期背景下的水利水电工程管理人员,必须紧跟时代发展的需要,切实加强水利水电工程管理中的质量管理,以质量谋求生存和发展,这样才能更好地适应时代发展的需要。
