摘要
随着土地改革的不断发展,我国一些城乡农村集体土地确权登记发证工作有着很好的工作进度,但是在工作中非常容易产生纠纷。为了保证农村集体土地确权的登记发证工作能够顺利完成,对其工作有待我们进一步分析。
With the continuous development of land reform,the job of collective land approval register and certificate in some urban and rural areas has a goad progress, but it＇s very easy to dispute in the work. In order to guarantee the comp- letion of the rural collective land approval register and certificate, the work needs further analysis.
