近几年来,国家鼓励高校建设大学科技园,以进一步提升高校的科研创新能力。本文重点阐述了大学科技园规划过程中关于历史传统、人文精神及专业特色的传承,园区规划的弹性,环境保护与能源节约,以及园区建设投资节约与扩大的辩证统一。

In recent years, the state encourages the university science and technology park construction, to further enhance the ability of scientific research and innovation. This paper fo- cuses on the inheritance of tradition, humanistic spirit and pr- ofessional characteristics, planning flexibility, environmental protection and energy saving in university science park planni- ng process, and the dialectical unification of the park const-ruction investment saving and expand.
