在城镇化进程中,城市近郊乡村的去留问题广受关注。如何找到一种集约的方式使城乡合理链接,是城乡一体化建设中的关键议题。文章结合田园城市理论,从城乡的过渡、发展的持续、机制的运行和文脉的延续等方面,探讨了利用乡村文化资源发展创意产业的现实可行性,从而为基于乡村空间再利用的集约发展模式,提供新的理论视野和实践依据。

In the process of urbanization, the countries, which might be demolished have become popular. It is important to find a way intensive to link the town and country. According to this situation, a new model has been put forward. In this model, the creative Industry develops by using the rural culture and resource. Combining with the theory of Garden City, the thesis discusses the realistic and feasibility of this model in many aspects, such as conbination of town and country, sustainable development, the mechanism, and the continuation of context. The discussion will provide new perspective and practical ba- sis to the model, which is based on recycling the mral space in a intensive way.
