They are very young, professional and work in the forefront of wine; theyare the new generation of Chinese winemakers. In this issue we interviewed four young Chinese winemakers; we experienced their hard work in the grape harvesting season, learnt from their first hand knowledge of the Chinese wine industry, and shared their future career ideals and the dreams.
