目的 研究新疆黄芪ArstragalusaksuensisBge .抗流感病毒及Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒感染的效果。方法 以山西产的蒙古黄芪为对照 ,比较新疆黄芪对流感病毒及HSV 1的直接抑制、预防和治疗效果。结果 不同剂量的药物对实验用流感病毒毒株和HSV 1毒株具有不同程度的直接抑制、预防和治疗作用。结论 新疆黄芪对流感病毒毒株的直接抑制作用强于蒙古黄芪 ,而蒙古黄芪Arstragalusmembranaceus (Fisch)Bge .varmougholicus (Bge)Hsiao(B) .对HSV 1毒株的作用更强 ;新疆黄芪对流感病毒感染鸡胚的预防作用较强 ,蒙古黄芪对流感病毒感染鸡胚的治疗作用强于新疆黄芪 ;新疆黄芪对HSV 1感染Hep

OBJECTIVE The effects of Astragalus aksuensis (A) agansit Influenza virus and HSV 1 were studied.METHODS The effects of inhibiting,preventing and treating influenza virus and HSV 1 infection were tested by cytopathic effect inhibition assay and compared with Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch) Bge.var mongholicus (Bge) Hsiao(B).RESULTS The effects of inhibiting,preventing and treating Influenza virus and HSV 1 infection were found.CONCLUSION The effect of A against inactivated Influenza vius was better than that of B,while B against inactivated HSV 1 was better;the effect of A prevented influenza virus was prior to that of B (Bge) Hsiao,while A against influenza virus infection was more effective;A prevented and treated HSV 1 infecting Hep 2 was better than B did.
