摘要
我国的建筑工程建设事业快速的发展,但在建筑工程项目施工管理方面存在着不同程度的问题。本文就对建筑工程项目管理方面所存在的问题进行了些分析,希望对从事建筑工程施工项目管理的有关人员能有所帮助。
The building construction engineering developed rapidly in China, but the building project construction manageement has problems of different degrees. In this article, the author analyzes the existing problems of construction project management, and hope to be helpful for the relevant personnel to engage in building construction project management.
