摘要
在工程建设中,质量通病的控制是施工管理的重要内容。建筑工程质量通病有多种,产生的原因也各不相同。本文主要论述了厨房、厕所、洗脸间的质量通病,预制楼板缝开裂及楼梯步级高低不一,宽窄不一的预防控制措施。
In the engineering construction, the control of common quality problems is an important content of construction management. Several kinds of common quality problems in the construction engineering are exist and the reasons are different.This article mainly discusses the common quality problems of kitchen, toilet, and washroom, and the prevention and control measures of precast floor seam cracking and the different height and width of stair step level.
