摘要
工程造价是影响建筑工程效益的关键因素,而施工阶段的工程造价则是重中之重。本文针对建筑工程施工阶段这一重要时期,对工程项目造价控制的相关问题进行了简单的分析。
The project cost is the key factor that influences the effectiveness of architectural engineering benefit, and the construction phase project cost is a top priority. In this article, the author aims at the important period of building construction phase and carries on a simple analysis of relative problems of engineering project cost control.
