摘要
建筑行业是国家的重要产业之一,对城市的建设与发展发挥着重要作用。在经济发展方式由粗放型向集约型转变的背景下,建筑企业如何通过控制工程造价增加企业利润,实现发展方式的转变成为了建筑企业工作的重点内容。本文从造价管理、建筑施工、人员素质等几个方面简要分析了建筑工程造价控制中常见的问题,并提出了相应的改进对策。
