摘要
作为一个资金密集型产业,房地产业的运作过程对资金需求特别大。目前,中国开发商多以融资为渠道来解决资金问题。但长期的泡沫运作使房地产业的融资陷入困境,我们必须正视这个问题,探索导致该现状的原因,并加以改正。
As capital-intensive industries, the operation process of the real estate industry particularly demands for large funds. At present, Chinese developers adopt the financing channels to solve the funding problem. But the long-term bubble operation make the real estate financing in trouble, people must envisage this issue, and explore the causes of the current situation and correct them.
