高职工程造价专业“2+1工学结合”人才培养模式调研分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Personnel Training Mode of “2+1 Engineering Integration” for Higher Vocational Project Cost Major

以社会、市场对人才的需求出发,构建以造价员工作过程为导向的"2+1工学结合"人才培养模式是高职教育发展的要求。本调研工作主要针对造价员工作岗位、典型工作任务以及职业能力等开展,该调研成果对高职院校"2+1工学结合"人才培养方案的制订、实施和完善起着一定的借鉴作用。

It’s the requirement of higher vocational education development to start from the society and market demand for talents, and build the personnel training mode of “2＋1 engineering integration”as the cost member working process orientted. This research work mainly aims to carry out the positions of cost member, typical tasks and professional ability, which achievements plays a certain reference function to the formulation, implementation and improvement of higher vocational colleges“2＋1 engineering integration”personnel training plan.
