摘要
在日常的使用过程中,锅炉设备经常会出现老化的现象,甚至还有一些影响正常运行的故障,这严重地影响到了锅炉运行的安全。本文主要结合工作实践,就锅炉常见的一些故障进行了分析,对一些常用的维修技术进行了总结,最后探讨了锅炉的改造和设计的方案,以期能够更好地维护锅炉运行安全。
In the daily use process, boiler equipment often can appear the phenomenon of ageing, fault even affect the normal operation, which seriously affects the safe operation of boilers. In this paper, combined with the work practices, it analyzes some common faults of boiler, summarizes some repair technologies, and final y discusses the transformation and design scheme of boiler, in order to better protect the safety of operation.
