摘要
创造性地进行多媒体教学设计是高校提高课堂教学质量的关键所在。但这种创造性会受到多媒体教学过程中的成本约束和版权约束。如果高校缺乏有效的激励机制,教师的多媒体教学必然在创造性上缺乏动力与积极性。要提高多媒体教学效果,关键在于激发教师的积极性和创造性,这就必须强化激励机制建设。
Creative design in multimedia aided teaching is very important to improve the quality of classroom teaching in universities. But the design will be restricted by its cost and copyright in multimedia aided teaching. Teachers will lack initiative in the creative design without motivation mechanism on multimedia aided teaching. The key to improve the quality of multimedia aided teaching is to stir up their enthusiasms and creativity in the design. So we must strengthen the development of motivate mechanism in multimedia aided teaching reform.
