Analysis of Restraining Factors on College Counselors Carrying out the Learning Guidance

高校辅导员开展学习辅导对促进学生的学习与发展具有重要意义,但在实践中受到辅导员自身认识不到位、高校重视和支持不够、政策支持有待强化等因素的制约,树立"促进学生学习和发展"的理念、提升辅导员相关专业素质、构建支持保障体系是消减这些制约因素的有效途径。

It is of great significance for university counselors to carry out the learning guidance so as to promote students＇ learning and development. However, in practice it may be restricted by several factors： the counselors＇ own understanding can not reach the designated position, the concern and support of college are not enough and policy support should be strengthened. Building up the idea of ＂promoting students＇ learning and development＂, enhancing counselors＇ professional qualities and constructing support security system are effective ways to reduce these constraints.
