摘要 针对船舶机舱空间狭小,风机调节手动单一等问题,设计了基于单台变频器控制多台风机的"一拖多"智能控制系统。该系统通过PLC控制变频器实现每台风机的软启动,并根据温度变化和换风量需求,采用PID算法自动增加或减少风机运行台数和变频调节输出大小,保证机舱温度在设定范围内。智能控制系统完成风机对电网无冲击启动和自动调节机舱换风量,实现安全可靠和经济运行。 Aiming at the problems that the space~ narrowness of warships and the method for adjusting the fan system is unitary. Based on several blowers started by an inverter controlling, a multi-split variable frequency speed control system has been designed. The system realizes the soft-start function of each fan by PLC controlling inverter in the system, and can gain or release the number of running fans and the output value with the PID algo- rithm. Based on which, the temperature changing and requirement of ventilation can be ensured within the set val- ue in the engine room. The intelligent control system achieves fans" start without shock to power network and ad- justs the ventilation of engine room automatically, which makes warships running safely and reliably.
