摘要
为了改变分子生物学教学中各实验之间割裂无联系的状况,在复旦大学医学院临床八年制的分子生物学实验教学中,设计了一个全新的教学实验流程,将整个分子生物学实验教学设计成为一个综合性的系统性实验,使其更具有自主性、趣味性,更有利于培养学生的科研思维能力和写作能力。
In order to improve the current separate and disconnected situation between experiments of molecular biology experimental teaching in most Universities and Colleges, for the eight-year program clinical students in School of Medicine, Fudan University, molecu- lar biology experimental lessons are designed as a comprehensive systematic experiment around the subject of exogenous gene expression in E. coli. Thus the entire molecular biology experiment teaching should be more autonomous, more interesting, and more conducive to the cultivation of students' scientific research thinking and writing ability.
