SBS法在研究生鼻内镜外科手术教学中的价值与应用

Value and applications of step by step teaching method for postgraduate on clinical endoscopic surgery

鼻内镜外科对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学研究生的临床学习是非常重要的内容,也是教学难点,采用层递法(step by step,SBS)教学方式,对该部分进行了探索与应用。文章简介了SBS法的概念、溯源、优点,并通过6W的具体策略,逐步深入的对鼻内镜外科教学要点进行讲解指引,对研究生在这一部分的学习取得了良好的效果,使学生逐步掌握鼻内镜外科相关疾病的基础理论、内镜外科技能、个体化方案制定、循证医学的临床研究思路等,值得进一步总结推广。

Clinical training of endoscopic surgery is quite important and very difficult for postgraduates at otolaryngology during head and neck surgeries. A step by step（SBS） method is introduced and presented for the students which is proved valid and effective. The original, advantages of SBS method are declared, and the detailed six-W strategy is applied. This brings a better understanding for the postgraduate on their endoscopic surgery course and gets satisfactory results. The postgraduates receive an upgraded training on the en- doscopic related diseases concerned with their basic theories, endoscopic surgical skills, individualized treatment and the clinical re- search ideas which originate from evidence based medicine. This teaching method is worth a further expansion.
