论嘉庆时期对青海藏族与蒙古族之间抢劫牲畜案的处置

Disposal of the Livestock Robbery Case between Tibetan and Mongolian in the Period of Jiaqing

在嘉庆时期,青海藏族抢劫蒙古族牲畜案件频发,尤其是嘉庆八年(1803)发生的循化、贵德藏族抢劫蒙古族牲畜案惊动了嘉庆皇帝,特派钦差前往处理。对案件的处理,清楚地表现出清王朝对待蒙藏关系的态度。

In the period of Jiaqing, these kinds of cases that Qinghai Tibetan robbed Mongolian livestock hap- pened frequently. In Jiaqing eighth year （in 1803 ）, a case that the Tibetan in Xunhua and Guide robbed the Mon- golian livestock alerted the emperor. Then the emperor sent the imperial commissioner to dispose it. The disposal to the case demonstrated the attitude of the Qing dynasty to deal with the relationship between Tibetan and Mongolian.
